    The company comprises experienced process engineers supported by electrical engineers and environmental scientists. In turnkey design projects PSD teams with specialist civil/structural engineers to provide a complete design service.

    As a specialised firm, PSD's main experience is in process engineering with a focus on biosolids (sludge) thickening, stabilisation, dewatering, storage, outloading, odour control and beneficial use. Within this area PSD provide quite a range of experience from strategic planning to detailed design to plant commissioning, trouble shooting and optimisation.

    PSD has been actively involved with many of the major biosolids projects in Sydney and throughout Australia. Malabar dewatering and stabilisation, Liverpool sludge reliability upgrade, North Head lime stabilisation plant, Woodman Point dewatering and outloading, all exhibit the innovative design capacity of PSD.
    The PSD team brings its practical experience gained from working with water authorities, consultants and contractors.
